Andrew Lynch
Managing Partner
Andrew oversees both advisory and investment operations.
In 2015, Andrew co-founded Huckletree, a curated co-working space operator. Since then, Huckletree has expanded to 10 sites and over 200,000 square feet of space across London, Dublin, Manchester, and Oslo.
Andrew is also the founder of Homely, Ireland’s first digitally enabled rent-to-own platform, who are disrupting the housing market by providing a new pathway to homeownership for customers across Ireland.
Before his entrepreneurial (ad)ventures, Andrew served on the private equity team at Cambridge Associates in London, advising some of the world’s most active pension funds on their private investment portfolios.
Andrew has also provided guidance to investment funds funds like Concentric, Revolt and Elkstone. He chairs the board of Inch Capital Partners, an Irish single-family office, and holds positions on several other boards of businesses where Yonobi is an investor or shareholder.
David Lynch
Partner
David advises clients on corporate and governance issues.
With nearly 35 years of legal expertise, David brings invaluable insights to Yonobi clients. Prior to joining Yonobi, he spent 15 years as a partner at Dublin law firm OBH Partners, specialising solving complex corporate issues and leading the litigation department (he remains a consultant to OBH). Additionally, he serves as Chairman at Homely, where he oversees all legal aspects of the business.
Having worked in the commercial teams at Arthur Cox and A&L Goodbody, David possesses extensive experience across various specialisms, including family businesses, technology, real estate, and dispute resolution.
Richie Carroll

Richie leads our underwriting and investment advisory services
In addition to his role at Yonobi, Richie serves as Head of Operations at Homely, Ireland’s pioneering digitally enabled rent-to-own platform. Prior to his current positions, Richie played a pivotal role as Head of Operations & Finance at Swoop. There, he led the company’s expansion into diverse global markets, including the UK, US, South Africa, Australia, Canada, and the US.
Richie brings over a decade of experience from Morgan Stanley, where he specialised in M&A and corporate and leveraged finance. His expertise has been instrumental in managing transactions for renowned clients such as Netflix, Merck, and Liberty Global. He has also contributed significantly to numerous real estate transactions for prominent clients, including British Land, Canary Wharf Group, and Adler. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Richie spent some time at the global startup incubator, Rocket Internet, in Australia.
